Once you arrive, we ask as part of our COVID19 procedures that you call our office (304) 263-3940 or knock on our door for assistance.

A volunteer will  assist you.

To protect you, the client and our volunteers, the majority of the communication will be by phone.

If you do not have a cell phone, we will still process your requests, but privacy may be more challenging.
