What will be needed to assist you:

*Proof of Berkeley County residency, such as a government issued photo ID with your current address. If your photo ID does not have your current address, bring a copy of a bill such as a utility bill or lease.

*Social Security Card for yourself and all other members of your household

*Must know the total income for yourself and all other members of your house
