What will be needed to assist you:
Food Requests
● You will be asked to provide your zip code, name, phone number, and your current household income.
CCAP Services (Including additional food)
You must bring:
● Proof of Berkeley County Residency – Government-issued photo ID with current address OR Photo ID plus a recent bill (utility bill, lease, etc.) with your address
● Total Income Information for yourself and all household members
Final eligibility decisions are made only after an interview and a thorough review of all required information and supporting documentation. Some programs, such as the USDA food program, require minimal verification, while others may necessitate additional documentation.
Approval of services will not be provided over the phone, by email, text message, social media messenger, or any other form of digital communication. All eligibility determinations must be made in person through an authorized interview process to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with program guidelines.
