Monthly Food Truck Team
Help unload deliveries from regional food banks and load food for distribution. This is a great opportunity for volunteers who enjoy staying active and working as part of a team.
Food Pantry Volunteers
Keep our pantry organized by stocking shelves, sorting donated food, checking expiration dates, and preparing food boxes for individuals and families in need.
Donation Volunteers
Receive donations from individuals, churches, businesses, and community food drives. Volunteers help sort, organize, and prepare donated items for the pantry.
Client Services & Intake Volunteers
Welcome clients, assist with check-in, gather basic information, answer questions, and provide a friendly, compassionate experience for individuals and families seeking assistance.
Bookkeeping & Financial Support
Assist with organizing financial records, categorizing transactions, filing documents, data entry, and other administrative accounting tasks.
Administrative & Office Support
Help answer phones, file paperwork, prepare mailings, scan documents, enter data, and assist with other office projects that keep the organization running smoothly.
Grant Writing & Research
Volunteers with writing or research skills can help identify grant opportunities, assist with preparing grant applications, and support fundraising efforts that expand our services.
Communications & Social Media
Help share our mission by creating Facebook posts, newsletters, flyers, event promotions, and other communications that keep the community informed and engaged.
Drivers & Pickup Assistance
Use your vehicle to pick up donated food, supplies, or other items from local businesses and community partners as needed.
Handyman & Maintenance
Assist with minor repairs, building maintenance, organizing storage areas, groundskeeping, painting, assembling shelves, and other facility improvement projects.
Special Events & Community Outreach
Represent CCAP/Loaves & Fishes at community events, food drives, church presentations, and fundraising activities while helping spread awareness of our mission.
General Support Volunteers
Lend a hand wherever needed. Every day is different, and these volunteers help with special projects and behind-the-scenes tasks that make a big impact.
